Patty Osborne began her career right here at ERCS and our school still holds a special place in her heart.
Patty got her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from California State University and has an EdS degree in educational leadership from Andrews University.
Patty also enjoys hiking, sewing, art, reading, and travel.
Over the years, Patty has worked as a principal in 5 different schools. She loves working with the local community and is excited to become involved at ERCS, and get to know each one of you. Please feel free to contact her at any time.
Louise has been involved with ERCS since the year 2000, when her oldest daughter started attending. Over the years all 4 of her children graduated from ERCS, and she began teaching art as a parent volunteer in 2004. In 2011 she became the secretary and continued teaching art. She is a working artist, mostly painting portraits, and has painted murals on campus as well as around town.

Jeff Richards grew up in Bakersfield, and felt the call to serve the Lord in his teens. He went on to meet his wife in the Grass Valley area where they were married. They worked as colporteurs, Bible workers, pastors in the west coast states for the last 20+ years. Jeff graduated with his MDiv from Andrews University. They have 6 children and 3 dogs. Jeff loves to play with the students at ERCS and enjoys his chapel time with them too.

Living in Iceland, Hafdís started piano lessons at the age of 5. Having had the privilege of teaching music privately as well as in schools for over 30 years she thoroughly enjoys teaching children and seeing them grow in knowledge, confidence and self-worth. She greatly values all her students and delights in seeing them progress and, while having fun, acquire love for making music. In addition to teaching music she has had the pleasure of serving as a music minister and pianist in various churches over the years.
Bill has been living on his 10 acres in Rough and Ready since 1990. He worked as a plumber for 27 years before retiring. He began working at Echo Ridge Christian School as a Handy Man in 2018, and loves the school, the staff and the kids. Bill also volunteers for the food bank and attends 3 Bible studies a week.
Dolores Moore has been the janitor at Echo Ridge Christian School since 2016 and has taught American Sign Language in the choir since 2019. She has 5 grown children who attended Echo Ridge. She loves children and has fostered 45 children over the years. Although an accountant, she likes the flexible janitor hours and being able to take care of the needs of her mom during the day.
