Hafdis Traustadottier

Position: Teacher, Music

Biography

Living in Iceland, Hafdís started piano lessons at the age of 5. Having had the privilege of teaching music privately as well as in schools for over 30 years she thoroughly enjoys teaching children and seeing them grow in knowledge, confidence and self-worth. She greatly values all her students and delights in seeing them progress and, while having fun, acquire love for making music. In addition to teaching music she has had the pleasure of serving as a music minister and pianist in various churches over the years.

We love the kindness & professionalism of the teachers. They are always so understanding, informative and responsive. We appreciate how loved the children feel, how much they absolutely love going to school, how they just fit in and have immediately adjusted with such grace because so much attention and love has been given to them.
